Leave Management Analyst
A company is looking for a Leave Management Analyst to support employees through critical life moments while ensuring organizational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize leave of absence and accommodation processes under FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure integrated benefits administration
Manage vendor relationships and compliance activities including OSHA and Workers' Compensation reporting
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leave administration and benefits experience
2+ years of ADA management experience
Expert knowledge of LOA, ADA, and Workers' Compensation Laws across multiple states
Proficiency with ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
