Licensed EAP Care Manager
A company is looking for an EAP Care Manager Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to member intake calls and explain the role of EAP and confidentiality
Assess crisis situations, provide referral services, and document all client interactions accurately
Facilitate connections to other available services and provide telephonic assessment and support
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline (social work, counseling, or related field) required
Licensure as LPC or LSW is required
Minimum of three years of graduate-level experience in a behavioral health setting
Experience in Employee Assistance or similar call center work is preferred
Desirable certifications include CEAP, CADC, or NBCC
