A company is looking for a Script Processing Lead to guide team members and ensure excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform duties of a Script Processing Team Member as needed Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to optimize team performance Provide support and feedback to team members on policies and procedures Required Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a Script Processing Representative or 6 months as a Pharmacy Technician High School diploma or equivalent Licensed Pharmacy Technician or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days Exceptional de-escalation and coaching skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
