Key Responsibilities Complete service forms and navigate business areas to fulfill tasks Identify and provide service solutions for members and field partners Support application preparations and perform data entry into advice tools Required Qualifications High school diploma/GED required; college degree is a plus 1 or more years of customer service experience In-depth experience with one or more financial products (Mutual Funds, Investments, Annuity, Life) FINRA SIE, Series 6 required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive/confidential information
