A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support Regional Executives and manage customer relationships for Life, Disability, and Supplemental Health products. Key Responsibilities Provide service to a designated book of business, managing day-to-day service work and client education Collaborate with internal partners to address service inquiries and identify business growth opportunities Manage the renewal process and negotiate with underwriting on behalf of clients Required Qualifications General knowledge of Life and Disability insurance and health and welfare benefits Must hold a Life and Health insurance license or obtain it within the first 3 months High School diploma or equivalent experience required Ability to manage relationships and service inquiries effectively Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and development within the role
