A company is looking for an LRE (Loadrunner Enterprise) Tools Engineer. Key Responsibilities Support multiple tools as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage troubleshooting tasks Plan and implement releases, patches, and upgrades while updating documentation Manage change and incident tickets following ITSM processes for installations and validations Required Qualifications 5-10 years of technical experience or a college degree System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS Experience with scripting (.bat and .sh) and knowledge of Java and Perl is a plus Experience with automation tools and updating/creating/running jobs U.S. Citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
