Public Sector Renewals Manager
A company is looking for a Renewals Account Manager - Public Sector. Key Responsibilities Negotiate renewal contracts and develop strategies to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships Collaborate with Sales teams to maintain accurate renewal forecasts and implement solutions to achieve key business metrics Engage customers regarding renewal readiness and monitor customer health metrics to identify and mitigate risks Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success Familiarity with public sector renewals and government contracting requirements Experience with both On Prem and SaaS account management Advanced proficiency in contract renewal processes Strong team player with a proven track record of building positive relationships
