M&A Integration Consultant
A company is looking for a Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Integration Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Support M&A integration initiatives and ensure team preparedness for future acquisitions
Analyze existing processes and incorporate insights from prior acquisitions in collaboration with business systems consultants
Develop detailed documentation and ensure effective execution of M&A integration efforts, particularly with Workday HCM
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher with a minimum of eight years experience in back-end business systems, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years experience
Experience with M&A HR systems, including integration and implementation efforts
Expertise in large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions such as Workday
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors, business partners, and M&A teams
Strong project management and organizational skills
