Manager of Applications Support
A company is looking for a Manager, Applications Support - In Patient.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation, operation, support, and maintenance of applications that meet business needs
Oversee the Applications team, including performance development and staffing management
Handle vendor management, contracts, and budgetary oversight
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a computer or healthcare-related field preferred
Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred
Four years of experience in application support preferred
Must possess any applicable clinical license and certifications within specified timeframes
ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent in-house training preferred
