Manager of Correspondence and Collections
A company is looking for a Manager, Correspondence and Collections.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Correspondence, Collection, and Mailroom teams, including staff training and performance evaluation
Oversee correspondence, collection, and mailroom activities while implementing process improvements for productivity and quality
Analyze performance metrics and ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling for optimal department operations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience, or at least two years of supervisory/management experience
One year of healthcare customer service experience preferred
