Marketplace Accounts Receivable Lead
A company is looking for a Marketplace Accounts Receivable Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the marketplace accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to minimize delinquency and improve cash flow Develop and implement best practices and strategies to enhance the AR process and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit & collections, or related financial roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity Strong knowledge of marketplace AR processes, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation Proficiency in financial systems, ERP software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.), and Microsoft Excel Experience working with marketplace transactions and large-scale AR operations is preferred
