A company is looking for a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI). Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students Adapt curriculum to meet the needs of students with visual impairments, including braille and assistive technology Provide virtual instruction through synchronous and asynchronous learning platforms Required Qualifications Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (CTVI) preferred Experience with students who are blind or visually impaired, including braille and assistive technology Strong understanding of IEP development for visually impaired students Comfortable using technology for instruction and communication Must be comfortable as an independent contractor (1099)
