A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work) in Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and identify business needs
Maintain headcount requirements and ensure adequate staffing to support compliance regulations
Provide analytical input on trends related to call handle time and call volume for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers
Expert level understanding of call center operations, processes, and procedures
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, PMI, Business Analytics/Risk Management, and Workforce Certification
