Medical Device Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and requests for product repair via phone, fax, or email and enter information into the ERP system
Manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines and support pricing dispute processes
Address and escalate customer issues, provide warranty information, and assist with customer-related projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar role
Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
Strong computer skills with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional customer service skills and strong phone etiquette
