Medicare Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Medicare Compliance Analyst to ensure compliance with Medicare and ACA regulations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze compliance with Medicare and ACA sales and marketing requirements Conduct internal compliance audits and assist in developing compliance programs Review Medicare Marketing Materials and oversee agent compliance through regular audits Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Policy, Public Health, Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of experience in Medicare/ACA, with at least two years in sales and marketing compliance Demonstrated knowledge of HHS/CMS regulations and guidelines for Medicare and ACA Experience conducting carrier compliance audits and assessments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
