Medicare Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Medicare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Connect patients with care through outbound calls and manage inbound call queues
Assist callers with inquiries related to appointments, facility information, and medical records
Document calls and actions taken, and assign tasks to clinic staff for medically related inquiries
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience as a Medicare Customer Service Representative
Familiarity with clinical information systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
Ability to work Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM EST during training, with shifts assigned thereafter
Experience in handling patient inquiries and managing call queues
Capability to work remotely and meet established objectives
