Senior HR Generalist
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR operations, compliance, and employee benefits administration
Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance assessments
Provide coaching and support to people managers on employee relations and culture initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in payroll and benefits administration
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in a client-facing organization, such as a consultancy
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and state employment laws
Experience supporting a distributed or fully remote workforce across multiple locations
