Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate benefits programs
Drive implementation of global benefits programs and coach on legal and regulatory implications
Design and manage complex benefits programs, ensuring compliance and supplier management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in HR or benefits
OR Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in HR or benefits
3+ years of experience managing corporate wellness benefits and suppliers
10+ years of work experience in HR, Benefits, or related roles preferred
Experience or education in wellness, counseling, or behavior change theory is preferred
