A company is looking for a MedPay/PIP Claims Consultant I or II. Key Responsibilities Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents and determine coverage, liability, and damages Collaborate with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes Handle investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims with discretion and independence Required Qualifications 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred) 2 or more years of relevant experience (preferred) Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate service Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
