Meetings and Events Specialist
A company is looking for a Meetings & Events Specialist II. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and host onsite meetings and larger employee events at the Global Ministry Center Create inviting atmospheres for events with professional table settings and decorations Track department budget expenditures and prepare reports based on business data analysis Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience supporting and interacting with leadership at all levels High level of professionalism and customer orientation Ability to manage multiple tasks and moving parts effectively
