Member Service Agent
A company is looking for a Member Service Agent to provide service to members by processing financial transactions and educating them on products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Takes incoming calls from members to assist with account needs and transactions
Opens new accounts and processes checks
Responds to members' email and chat inquiries while providing information on credit union products and services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Six months of experience working with the general public
Previous phone experience is helpful
Spanish speaking is preferred
Strong ability to learn new software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
