Mentor for Frontline Workers
A company is looking for a Mentor for a Decision-Making and Communications Course for Front-line Workers. Key Responsibilities Provide 1-1 guidance and support to students in a project-based online course Help students contextualize course content to their work and personal lives Facilitate mentor calls and be available for additional student communication as needed Required Qualifications At least 2 years of full-time experience in front-line jobs such as service or retail Experience transitioning from an entry-level frontline role to a managerial or corporate position Demonstrated experience and passion for mentoring or coaching others Availability of at least 10 hours per week for mentor calls Located in the United States
