A company is looking for a Registered Nurse in Transfer Management for 36 hours per week on afternoon shifts. Key Responsibilities Facilitates safe and efficient patient transfers, coordinating all aspects of the process Utilizes clinical expertise to prioritize transfers based on urgency and mode of transportation Evaluates and manages the flow of calls for patient acceptance and triage throughout the transfer center Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing required 3-5 years of RN clinical experience required Experience in an acute care setting preferred Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan Ability to work in high-stress environments and manage multiple critical communications simultaneously
