Mid-Market Account Manager
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to manage and grow customer accounts. Key Responsibilities Maximize customer retention and drive adoption of solutions to exceed revenue goals Identify at-risk revenue and forecast retention rates to prevent churn Develop account-level strategies and build strong relationships with customers Required Qualifications 3+ years of Account Management experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS/software sales Proven track record in competitive selling and executing rip-and-replace opportunities Ability to derive insights from customer data and develop strategic solutions Experience in building strong customer relationships across various industries Familiarity with recruiting/HR tech is a plus
