Mid-Market Account Manager
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager to drive revenue growth and build long-term partnerships with mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention targets through strategic account management
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to enhance customer adoption and retention, while conducting regular account health reviews
Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and CRM data to support effective sales management
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, preferably in the SaaS industry
Strong computer skills, with familiarity in tools like Gong, Slack, Salesforce, and SalesLoft
Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and exceed sales targets
Experience working with Mid-Market customers and understanding their unique challenges
Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong appetite for continuous learning
