Mississippi Licensed Healthcare Customer Service Rep
A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep - Remote (Mississippi).
Key Responsibilities
Manage policy inquiries, including billing, member information updates, and policy terminations
Provide accurate information about benefits, assist with prior authorizations, and conduct provider contact research
Handle claims inquiries, status updates, and assist with reconsideration requests for denied claims
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2-3 years of experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, or related fields
Knowledge of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Strong computer skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
