Mississippi Provider Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Provider Engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Provider Engagement plans for Tier 1 providers to achieve quality and risk adjustment goals Facilitate coaching and collaboration with providers to enhance performance through regular meetings and action plans Track engagement activities and support training for the Provider Engagement team using standard tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in improving provider quality performance through engagement or managed care quality improvement Experience with managed healthcare provider compensation methodologies, including fee-for-service and value-based care Strong knowledge of quality metrics and risk adjustment practices Operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
