A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor. Key Responsibilities Thoroughly review loan files and generate initial needs list within 24-48 hours of conditional approval Conduct welcome calls and maintain ongoing communication with borrowers every 48 hours throughout processing Manage underwriting conditions, collaborate with internal teams, and coordinate appraisal and title processes for timely closings Qualifications 3+ years of mortgage processing experience required Proficiency with FHA, VA, USDA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac guidelines Minimum 1 year of experience with Encompass LOS required Strong understanding of TRID requirements and working knowledge of Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
