Key Responsibilities: Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in new loan applications Obtain necessary documentation and information for loan processing from various internal and external sources Monitor and analyze credit reports, appraisals, and income documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platform, and Adobe Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements Versatility and flexibility in a fast-paced mortgage environment
