National Evaluation Consultant

A company is looking for a National Evaluation Consultant to support evaluation processes in Afghanistan. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the inception phase by reviewing and adjusting data collection tools and providing inputs to the inception report Coordinate data collection and ensure quality control by liaising with the data collection firm and conducting remote data collection as necessary Engage with stakeholders and contribute to the reporting phase by reviewing preliminary findings and evaluation products for cultural sensitivity Required Qualifications An advanced degree in relevant disciplines such as gender, development, or social studies Minimum of 5 years of experience in evaluations or assessments with international organizations Proven experience in the area of gender equality and knowledge of the Afghanistan context Familiarity with UN Women or other United Nations organizations' mandates is advantageous Fluency in written and spoken English, Dari, and Pashto
