Key Responsibilities Consult with customers on contact lens fitting and design, providing technical support and guidance Custom design contact lenses for medically indicated patients and assist with difficult fitting cases Collaborate with Account Executives and management to enhance product usage and develop new products Required Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent NCLE certification required 5 years of customer service experience with soft and GP lenses A minimum of 8 years fitting experience in a clinical or lens design environment Hands-on experience with tools such as Keratometer and Slit Lamp
