Key Responsibilities Manage relationships and performance of key provider groups Analyze and communicate financial, utilization, and quality metrics to drive provider performance improvements Serve as a liaison for providers on claim-related issues and collaborate with internal departments to resolve challenges Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in Network Management, Provider Relations, or Value-Based Contracting 2+ years of experience in Account Management or management roles Experience with Medicaid and Medicare contract and quality requirements Understanding of HEDIS and STARS measures
