Network Recovery Specialist
A company is looking for a Network Recovery Senior Associate to respond to network outages and restore service for customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to critical customer cases and engage directly with customers to recover service impacting conditions Troubleshoot and resolve network outages using expertise in optical network and routing/switching products Document actions taken and participate in on-call weekend shifts on a rotational basis Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience with maintaining relevant equipment In-depth knowledge of optical network and routing/switching products Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex outages Availability for regular shifts during business hours and willingness to participate in on-call weekend shifts Preferred: Certifications or qualifications related to relevant products
