A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to provide support for clients of the 988 Lifeline Services. Key Responsibilities Interact with clients in a therapeutic manner and model effective communication and coping skills Assist clients in identifying personal recovery goals and develop interventions based on their needs Advocate for appropriate resources for clients based on assessed needs Required Qualifications Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs Experience in crisis intervention Willingness to work in a flexible environment, including remote arrangements
