Key Responsibilities Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective coping and recovery-oriented living skills Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and setting objectives for interventions Develops relationships with clients to monitor emotional, psychiatric, or behavioral changes and advocates for appropriate resources Required Qualifications Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Ability to handle phone requests under time pressure Experience in crisis intervention Capability to lift up to 20 lbs Willingness to work in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud environment
