Lead Grid Reliability Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Grid Reliability Engineer - Battery Storage. Key Responsibilities Track and implement controls for compliance with NERC, PPA, ISO, and other regulatory standards Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and potential issues Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop solutions for enhancing asset performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field Minimum 6+ years of experience in reliability engineering or asset management within the electric utility industry Knowledge of NERC reliability standards and ISO operations Experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of power system assets Familiarity with programming and data management tools, including SQL and Power BI
