A company is looking for a Claims Examiner for NY DBL/PFL. Key Responsibilities Obtain and analyze data for the adjudication of NY State Short Term Disability and Paid Family Leave claims Investigate claim issues and provide payment or denials in compliance with procedures and regulations Manage assigned case load and provide customer service while documenting all claim actions appropriately Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Work experience in decision-making and information analysis Ability to organize work, manage time, and follow through
