HR Advisor - Investigations Focus
A company is looking for an HR Advisor with a focus on HR Investigations.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates associate complaints and maintains records of investigations
Provides advice and counsel to associates and managers on associate relations issues
Coordinates and participates in the exit interview process and identifies areas for follow-up
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Associate Relations or HR Generalist role
5+ years of HR investigations experience
Broad training in relevant fields such as business, accountancy, or computer sciences
