NMLS Licensed TPO Channel Manager

A company is looking for a Third Party Origination Channel Manager to develop and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondent lenders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to expand the TPO channel and cultivate relationships with third-party partners Establish processes for efficient loan submission, underwriting, and closing, while monitoring performance indicators Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide ongoing training and support to partners Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred) 10 or more years of third-party residential mortgage lending experience (required) 4 or more years of management and recruitment experience (preferred) Proven track record in building and managing third-party relationships (required) Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulatory compliance (required)
