NOC Engineer Level 1
A company is looking for a NOC Engineer Level 1.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and emails, creating and updating tickets in the ticketing system
Monitor alarm activity and perform incident documentation, ensuring SLA response times are met
Collaborate with higher-tier support for troubleshooting and participate in personal training and career development
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and the OSI network model
Must be authorized to work in the US
Familiarity with telecommunication technologies is preferred
ITIL Certification is required for advancement
