Off Page Strategies need to use for Dubai Region

Off-page SEO is everything that is outside of your website. There are several approaches to improving off-page SEO, but in the case of real estate agencies – with the local SEO approach – the most common and recommended are:

1. Create a profile on Google My Business:

Google My Business or Google Business Profile Manager, as it was renamed at the end of 2021, is an excellent and essential tool for local SEO. Once you have created a profile, take some precautions:

– Respond to all reviews made on Google My Business, especially the negative ones! This shows the user that the real estate agency took care to understand what went wrong and that it is willing to resolve the criticism presented. click here for Local SEO in Dubai

– Still on the subject of reviews, encourage your client to leave them on Google My Business. They are important ranking factors for a local SEO strategy.

– Finally, whenever possible, update your Google My Business information. Remember, for example, to update opening hours and days in case of holidays or adversities that forced the company to change its opening hours and/or days.

3. Use social media:

Another important approach to off-page SEO is to maintain a strong presence on social media. Using them professionally and presenting them as another channel in addition to the website to communicate your purposes and services helps to enhance the reach of the brand, as well as to build your reputation.

Pay close focus to technical SEO.

Look at technical SEO:

The goal of technical SEO is to ensure that your real estate website is crawled and indexed, increasing the chances of being shown in the first search results.

To do this, it is essential that the website contains:

– Sitemap;

– Robots.txt;

– Good loading performance – fast website;

– Website optimized for mobile version;

– Structured data;

– HTTPS URLS;

– Friendly URLs.

There are other items that technical SEO covers. However, sometimes even the above items are missing from real estate websites.

Once you have optimized all the items I have mentioned so far on your website, it is time to monitor the return they are bringing to your website.

Track the metrics:

Implementing several things on your website and not tracking the results they provide is a real mistake.

Tracking metrics is very important in this regard, not only to assess success, but also to understand which strategies did not work so that they can be reviewed and new action plans can be considered.

Some basic and important metrics for tracking SEO strategies for real estate websites are:

– Sessions, Returning Users and New Users;

– Positioning of strategic keywords;

– Number of conversions from organic sources;

– Average page loading time.

Here at  we track the metrics I mentioned, but also some others that we consider important for each business. All of this through a Dashboard where we concentrate data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Pagespeed Insights tools.

The use of Dashboards is of great importance so that data from different sources can be grouped and shared among interested parties within the real estate agency.

Get help from tools:

Using tools is essential to optimize SEO work, whether to measure results – as I mentioned earlier – or to identify areas for improvement. There are several tools available on the market and below I will recommend some, these being the ones I use the most:
