Ohio Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the advocate for providers, resolving issues efficiently
Provide support through calls, chats, and emails while triaging contacts from healthcare professionals
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution and promote self-service digital tools
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience with issue resolution
Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systems
Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
