A company is looking for an AVP, Call Center Operations (Inbound & Outbound) - REMOTE. Key Responsibilities Oversee multi-site Member and Provider Contact Centers to ensure high-quality service delivery Directly manage Directors and Regional Directors to resolve member and provider inquiries effectively Implement programs to enhance member and provider experiences and achieve service compliance goals Required Qualifications Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 15+ years of Contact Center Management experience with proven leadership in managing multiple people managers Experience working in a matrixed environment with dotted line responsibilities Strong collaboration skills Knowledge of standard call center technology and quality improvement programs
