Key Responsibilities Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services Verify medication orders and dispense medications accurately according to regulations Document services in a complete, accurate, and timely manner Required Qualifications PharmD or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days of hire Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and completion of an immunizations course within 90 days if required Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1) or 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience Post-graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) or relevant experience for specialized pharmacy practice areas
