Ohio Licensed Organ Administrator
A company is looking for an Organ Administrator On Call (AOC) to maximize organ donation through effective donor management and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Make critical decisions regarding staffing, resources, and case management while providing real-time support to clinical staff
Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies for donor evaluations and organ cases
Collaborate with medical directors and clinical teams to evaluate donor suitability and optimize organ recovery processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Minimum of five years' experience as an organ coordinator with donor management and organ allocation experience
At least one year of AOC experience required
CPTC and ACLS certifications required
Advanced clinical skills with a demonstrated ability to improve processes and outcomes
