A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct health and medication reviews with patients and collect key health information Ensure accurate data entry of patient prescription information and achieve performance metrics Manage patient assessments, maintain records, and support the Clinical Services team in MTM services Required Qualifications Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred Home Internet with at least 15 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with potential Saturday shifts Must have been in the current role for at least 6 months and completed necessary training sessions
