Key Responsibilities Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services Verify medication orders and dispense medications accurately according to regulations Document services in a complete, accurate, and timely manner Required Qualifications PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation Completion of a Post-Graduate Year 1 Residency (PGY1), fellowship, or relevant experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Board Certification preferred
