OneSite Software Support Coordinator
A company is looking for a OneSite Software Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide help desk support by troubleshooting and resolving user queries related to OneSite/RealPage software
Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective support of software systems and assist in training efforts
Work with third-party vendors and participate in client presentations to demonstrate software and provide reports
Required Qualifications
Prior experience with OneSite software is required
College degree in information systems, education/training, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in property management software and other relevant computer applications
Experience in project management and ability to oversee project implementation across multiple properties
Knowledge of apartment community operations and related processes
