Key Responsibilities Mentor students and facilitate teaching and learning in online courses Teach courses related to PC hardware and information technology Prepare students for certification in PC hardware and desktop support Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field Practical work experience in hardware technology (for IT 102) PC Pro Certification or equivalent (for IT 102) Practical work experience using Windows 7 and Windows 10 (for IT 125) Ability to explain basic computer hardware and operating systems
