Online Customer Experience Specialist
A company is looking for an Online Customer Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Responds to customer inquiries across multiple channels regarding products, services, and order processing
Handles high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining positive relationships and providing knowledgeable assistance
Collaborates with internal teams to resolve complex issues and recommends enhancements to online functionality
Required Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent required
At least 1 year of college or related technical training preferred
At least 1 year of sales or call center experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various computer applications
