Operations Leader

A company is looking for an Operations Leader - Follow Up. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Client Success Managers on performance metrics and client calls Coach and train internal teams while monitoring workflows to meet service level agreements Review open claims and high dollar accounts to identify root causes and validate action plans Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in backend revenue cycle management with knowledge of billing and follow-up workflows Proven leadership experience with coaching and mentoring abilities Familiarity with Meditech, Athena, and/or Cerner, and healthcare claims clearing houses Proficient in Excel, including creating pivot tables and V-lookups for data analysis
