Operations Technician III
A company is looking for an Operations Technician II to monitor, maintain, and manage networks while providing technical support and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Maintain response time to alarms and customer calls while documenting network failures and maintenance activities Analyze, diagnose, and resolve trouble situations, managing multiple trouble reports and guiding restoration efforts Provide support to technicians during alarm and outage conditions, ensuring follow-up and closure of assigned trouble tickets Required Qualifications Three plus years of related experience Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia platforms Knowledge of Layers 2 & 3 switch and router configuration and troubleshooting Experience in isolating telecom equipment trouble Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
